The service is best described as contemptuous. I have never seen a check-out rolling their eyes to you for requesting to pay by card for a coffee until I have been here. Also watch them like a hawk when you order a salad; they love to fill it with things they have excess of (large chunks of sweet potatoes, 80% of the box with an unpopular salad you wanted to do half-half with another salads, etc).
This used to be the place to get food and coffee, but things have gone downhill in the last 12-18 months. The coffee is now consistently bad and the food is suffering. What a disappointment. Todays coffee was like water.
Who cares about the food and coffee when the service is atrocious.

I used to really rate this place, but went in today for the first time this year and the quality of everything I got was just bad - the coffee was made poorly, nice looking roast lamb and broccoli just had a bad taste to them, and some really ropey Mediterranean veg. Won't be back in a hurry. Nice space still.
