The staff here told me conflicting stories about how long I could keep the academic dress hire for. One person said 24 hrs or 4 hours and another said 2 hrs only. One girl especially was incredibly unknowledgeable saying I was not able to hire their gowns in store when their website clearly states it is okay. Furthermore, they had an extremely rude and unhelpful attitude, not even providing a bag for my frame purchase. Do not come here, use gowntown instead to avoid these rude employees.
