Good place to buy sax stuff but a bit pricy. You can try equipment there
There is good quality service at the store, their wide range of clarinets was very surprising due to a majority of other stores having only some good professional clarinets, while this store had most from buffet.
Has basically the best selection of sax accessories in Australia. Their prices are fairly reasonable as well. Have been buying stuff from them for more than 10 years.
We came to Sydney for the weekend looking for several new instruments for 2 different family members. After frustration elsewhere this place was like a sanctuary. Calmly experienced, enthusiastic staff who appeared to be determined not just to sell us the first or most expensive instrument, but the RIGHT instrument. They took their time and we were rewarded with a couple of very satisfying purchases. And then when got home 400km away and had a little problem they once again calmly and efficiently gave us instructions by phone on how to fix it. And their prices were as good as anywhere else, including online only shops (how you could select an instrument without playing it first, is beyond me anyway)
So excited to pick up my new soprano sax today - I LOVE IT! Thanks so much to Rob for managing everything needed to meet my deadline. Thanks to big Liam and dear Regan for last minute accessory purchases and making sure that everything was in place for an extremely rushed pick up on my part. So lovely to be met with bright faces, wide smiles and shared excitement . You guys are the best! ... and I ... a very satisfied customer x J
