Today, I rung the number listed to have the flowers re-directed to my friend's home address as the flowers hadn't arrived by this afternoon and my friend has checked out of the hospital. The number listed actually goes through to head office. Mandy from head office answers the phone, to tell me that the flowers will not be delivered until Monday. Mandy refused to write down the forwarding address, wouldn't put me in touch with the actual florist and was demanding an email with the forwarding address. There are plenty of other florists that deliver to the hospital in the area, just search for any florist in Newtown.
