Negative stars? I would absolute avoid this place unless you want to pay to have your items ruined. I dropped off an expensive blanket to be dry cleaned naturally as they claim they use a no chemical process. I confirmed this when I dropped it off and stressed the importance that it needed to be dry cleaned and not laundered. The blanket was returned to me and it had been laundered with a strong smelling chemical laundry detergent and it had shrunk to half the size and the delicate fabric on top was completely deformed, since its not meant to get wet. They refunded my money but would not take further responsibility and my $1000 blanket is ruined.
Every time Ive used Alfreds, Ive found them to be nothing but courteous and prompt. Sorry to hear of another guys bad experience but theyve never done a bad job for me. Reasonable prices too.

Don't go here. Ruined and tore a shirt I have put in the washing machine multiple times before, and pretended it was like that before. The owner had a friend there who wasn't even involved in the company who came and started being rude to me - that was the most shocking and disgustingly rude aspect of the entire transaction! Then I was told I can PAY $10 to have it fixed. The man Tony who has written about his shirt is right. This place is awful and they have no ethics or morals in their business. Shocking customer service.
