Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The manager was unwilling to help and didnt even give me his name to submit a formal complaint. Absolutely disrespectful.

The staff are so rude and can hardly speak English so every transaction takes double the time it should. Do not go here for passport submissions, the guy was so rude, he just took my money and walked away then came back 20min later and patronisingly asked if i needed any more help... excuse me for wanting some confirmation after paying hundreds of dollars to a man who seems incompetent.Worst experience Ive ever had at an APO.
