A revisit after 4 months was a bit disappointing. Menu has changed again, back to the Oscars essentials. Gone is the attempt to provide more varied cultral dishes. Even with a non stimulating western menu the kitchen delays were excessive. People were questioning the delays. Ours took 24 mins for a steak & a steak burger witb only 30% of tables in use. The quality was good however Camperdown is full of Asian students & asian tourists all either travelling to Broadway, China town or using Uber eats. Campsie & other areas have proven hotels with East & West (Dumpings, stir-fry Luxa, steak & snitzels) can thrieve. It just needs imagination.
Their two for Tuesday deals make the honest pub food a real bargain for a mid week outing

Amazing food and service! We accidentally came just before restaurant closing time and felt horrible but they were still so happy to serve us. Also a cute little possum outside.
Thoroughly enjoyed our Tuesday $12 steaks, good serve of salad & chips and mashed potatoes & veges. There were lots of people eating there. Haven't been for a while, but still serving quality food. We shall return
