Fabulous food, great service and reasonable prices. I had the Eggs Bennie, $12.50 with bacon, 2 poached eggs, baby spinach all on a brioche bun and topped with a delicious Hollandaise dressing.
Service good, gabriel coffee even better, they check temp is suitable for drinking, very nice music played and looked to be a good menu available
Warning: Do not visit. Terrible service, watery coffee, dingy, frustrating and annoying atmosphere, okay food. I feel sorry for the owners who are let down by poor staff: Jessica + her colleague kept playing at maximum volume, on loop, the same offensive song. Complete inconsideration for guests of the cafe. As customers, we walked hoping for coffee + brunch, but were subjected to a circular continuous loop of hell. No it's not 'cute' or 'funny' to hear you sing. Just serve my coffee and food. Well at least, try to: Jessica could not understand the basic question "How is the vegetarian option of the Big Breakfast different?". Owners please note: while multiculturalism makes society stronger, front line employees still need to hold a basic grasp of the official language of Australia, English, or your customers get very frustrated after asking the same question, patiently 5 different ways. Move on, or regret your decision. I didn't spend this long writing such a review unless I honestly felt strongly about this...
Was concerned when management changed but pretty please with new menu and aesthetic. Waitress' need more training though. Love the food and the coffee is spot on. Never too crowded and always has the right atmosphere. Croissants are good but the rest of the pastries could be better.
