This is a free service and the clinic runs pretty smoothly from what you can observe from the waiting room. Its really busy, and theres a bit of a wait, but the doctors and physios are all super professional and friendly. We had a three year old with a fractured elbow and the drs were both helpful in relation to options for treatment and great with our son.
I have been calling for 7 days and only get an answer machine.
I know it is for free, however 2 really nasty clinical staff yesterday really made me feel useless. Don't think I am useless, never compalined about my broken ankle and had to manage at home by myself with NO instructions from clinic AT ALL. Put the boot on and come back in 4 weeks, that was it. This is all you need, cannot work and are not getting paid. This is not the duty of care they should be adopting and I am a nurse who has worked at RPA for 10 years. These 2 womens' attidude was more than on the nose. Should have reported them if I remembered their names. If they think working there is hard, try and work as nurse across the road in the hospital, they wouldn't last 5 minutes. Lovely radiographer, she was excellent. Now I understand why people complain, I have experienced it first hand myself. These 2 women were older and should known better, I am almost 60. NOT A GOOD LOOK

ive had two broken feet from skating and this place is TERRIBLE spend the money if you have it and go somewhere private u will wait 3 hours to sit down with someone for 45 second who will tell you what u were told at the hospital, they wont tell you anything about any exercises or what to expect in recovery this causes one of my injuries to atrophy and took a long time to get it anywhere back to normal, PLEASE DONT GO HERE
