Emergency staff have been amazing every time Ive had to go there. Especially the team of emergency doctors operating the best they can in cramped facilities and serving a huge volume of patients with attention, care and efficiency. Good job guys!
Amazing service. My father was here in the CCU after suffering a heart attack and the nurses and doctors went above and beyond to provide the best care, as well as engaging in friendly and hilarious conversation with him. One of the best hospitals we know of, definitely recommend.
This hospital has outlasted EVERY resident in the area as it was established in 1882. The buildings and architecture are STUNNING! It's a beautiful old, welcoming hospital that's kept the locals safe and secure medically for ever. Always a constant stream of ambulances pouring into the ER. Great service and quality of care. If you ever find yourself here as a patient, consider yourself lucky. There isn't many around like RPA.
The nurses and staff are really amazing at this hospital! I had a bad incident yesterday, was taken into ECU. I can't really remember most of the night, but the kindness of the staff still lingers in my mind. I am almost fully recovered now and at home! Even the guy that took me in the wheelchair was super friendly.
I've recently been assisting an elderly relative through various departments, including the geriatric ward, emergency, and clinics. The attending staff have been invariably pleasant and punctual. It must be difficult for people to work in a large bureaucracy (especially with unpredictable patients in the mix), but for us everything was done well. We had one visit to Concord Hospital emergency, and that was pretty good too.
