The service from reception was honestly such a poor standard. I have never been stuffed around so rudely before. Arrived on time for an appointment to be left waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room, not to mention that when I asked the receptionist they just advised everything was on track. I was then taken into the doctors room and told to wait. Had to wait another 20 minutes sitting in this room with false hope. 1 hour in total to see a specialist who still charges full price yet wastes 1 hour of my time with rude reception staff. Wouldn't bother coming back. If your a healthcare professional charging premium prices guys get your schedules and customer service in line to show it.
