Stayed for one night. Place was some what clean, staff were unhelpful. Would not stay again. I suppose you get what you pay for. Very unhappy
The receptionist gave incorrect directions to the room and when we got to the room there was a cockroach in the bathroom. When I informed the receptionist I was told "This is Australia" as if that made it ok. I recommend people avoid this place.
I booked for a double room two months ago via agoda for this hotel, with booking confirmed! Everything seems to be perfect, until i receive a message via agoda saying my booking can't be done because they changed their opening date! First surprise... i try to chat with them on their website, somebody told me i will be call back, nothing, i sent a mail, nothing, try to call them, a phone operator tell me his supervisor will call me back...nothingI absolutely don't know if my booking is confirmed or not, impossible to have any confirmation and the worst, i was sold for this booking!It's a SHAMEWho change his opening date one week before the date?I swear you if I have no my refund ASAP I shall be there the next week to have explanations as well as solution and compensation as high as the problem
I stayed here for two nights for a speaking engagement and was very happy with my stay. In a good location close to everything and the main town as well as the staff were friendly and helpful.The rooms are decent size with room to work on the computer. Because it does seem to have an affiliation with the nearby university, it has a 'dorm room' feel but its friendly if anything.Definitely recommend if you need a cheap night close to everything with great internet.
Good place close to the center and to Newtown. The rooms are really good and the staff is really nice. In fact Joe was specifically kind and helpful. Totally suggested.
