Staff were extremely helpful. Room was comfortable and clean although the bathroom was a little dated. Proximity to RPA , Lifehouse and Newton King St ideal.
We have used the rushes for corporate accommodation and functions and the customer service and hospitality has been great every time, and the venue is close to transport. We will continue to use Rydges moving forward because they are reliable and meets our needs.
It has a nice back yard and a very good bar. It is good for meetings and social gathering.
I was very disappointed because Rydges is usually pretty nice. My room smelled of urine so strongly that I had to sleep with my pillow on my head and my window open (with a freezing cold room). The location close to University of Sydney is helpful but apparently college kids must have rented the room and used the carpet as a toilet.
Attended a day course which used this venue. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Tea coffee and light refreshments were quite tasty. Good temperature.
